Fruit Fly Dispenser Caps - Easier target feeding and controllable dispensing

Gone are the days of messy transfer of flies into feeding areas where you lose more flies to escape or too many flies get dispensed. I use these to feed my single jumping spider so I can easily dispense one or 2 flies at a time. These can be used for target feeding areas inside a vivarium. The tip can be cut to allow larger flies to come out. I have tested these with melanogasters, hydei, turkish gliders and blue bottle flies.

Make sure you don't cut too much off the tip at once. These are homemade and are very simple for you to make yourself but, if you're lazy like me, you can buy them already made. These are hot glued on both sides and if they happen to separate, you can add more hot glue if needed. These can be hand washed as long as you are careful but I simply mark them with the type of fly so I don't mix them up and avoid possible cause cross contamination of flies.
