Culture Media Kit for 2 Fruit Fly Cultures
This kit contains pre-measured culture media and supplies to make 2 fruit fly cultures. Flies are not included — this kit is intended for keepers who have an existing fly stock and need to set up fresh cultures.

- Pre-measured dry culture media for 2 cultures
- Deli cups for culturing
- Excelsior or equivalent substrate for fly climbing/pupation
- Mixing and preparation instructions
What's Not Included
- Live flies or starter culture
Preparation
Add water to the media per the included instructions, allow to cool and set before adding flies. Media is formulated to support healthy fly reproduction and minimize mold under normal culturing conditions.
Compatibility
Suitable for all flightless Drosophila strains including melanogaster and hydei varieties.
